Your 5-Day Challenge Guide
YOUR GOAL
Make 3 to 5 resonance-based posts across 3 to 5 Facebook groups in the next 5 to 7 days
Start at least 3 conversations in the DMs
Make 1 invitation (if someone feels aligned and ready)
HOW TO USE THIS GUIDE
Each day includes:
• A clear task
• A writing prompt or example
• A reference to where you’ve already done the work (pre-work or course materials)
Everything you need is already mapped out. You’re just activating it.
DAY 1: SPARK POST 1
Plant the seed and see who resonates
Write and post a short curiosity-driven message in one Facebook group.
Prompt example:
“I created something to help [type of person] with [challenge]. Who wants it?”
Keep it short and clear. No links. No pressure. You’re simply seeing who raises their hand.
DAY 2: SPARK POST 2 (VARIATION)
Try a new angle in a different group. Write another Spark-style post using a fresh approach.
Use a different tone or angle, such as:
• Pain-first
• Desire-first
• Identity-based
• Story-driven
Prompt example:
“Every time I talk to [identity], I hear the same thing: ‘I want to share my work, but I keep freezing.’ I created something to shift that. Want it?”
DAY 3: THE RESPONSE
Start real conversations
Go into the DMs with those who commented on your posts. Keep it warm and curious.
Message example:
“Hey [Name], I saw your comment. I’m glad this resonated! Here’s the [offer, resource, or opportunity]. I’d love to hear what caught your attention… is this something you’re navigating right now?”
DAY 4: THE DEEPENING
Explore what they’re really experiencing
Choose 1 or 2 active DM conversations and gently go deeper. You’re not pitching. You’re listening.
Questions to try:
• What would feel like a breakthrough for you right now?
• What’s the biggest challenge when it comes to this?
• What kind of support would feel most helpful?
Optional: Post a short reflection or insight in another group based on themes you’re hearing.
DAY 5: INVITE OR NURTURE
Offer the next step or keep the connection warm
If the conversation is aligned, extend a natural invitation.
Invitation example:
“This is exactly the kind of thing I support clients with in [offer name]. Would it feel helpful if I shared what that could look like?”
If they’re not ready:
“No pressure at all – I thought of you when I shared this. Want me to send it over?”
OPTIONAL: TRACK YOUR POSTS AND PROGRESS
